What is Fruition?
Fruition is a free financial wellness benefit provided by your employer
Personalized guidance, tools, and education to help you reach your money goals
What do you get access to?
Your Fruition membership includes access to:
Folio: An all-in-one account aggregation tool that allows you to see your full financial picture in one place, with insights into your spending, savings, and investments. Build a Budget or create a customized Debt Paydown plan to see how to make your money make the most sense for you.
Mentor: Fruition provides you access to a cohort of qualified financial mentors who can answer personal finance questions on your schedule. Your meetings are virtual and confidential. Want something for your whole household? Invite your partner, friend, or family members to any session.
Financial education: Your own data can provide you personalized insights, but increasing your financial literacy means you can make more informed decisions on a regular basis. The more confident with your money you feel, the more you will succeed.
Member events: Monthly newsletter and webinars like our Money Question hour are here to answer your questions and provide you additional support.

Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes, fully covered by your employer
Is my information private?
Yes, your employer can't see individual usage and our technology uses bank-level security to ensure your account data is safe. We are also a non-transactional platform so no money can be transferred or withdrawn from your accounts.
What can a financial mentor help with?
A Fruition mentor can provide financial guidance on a wide range of personal finance topics. They can help you make a plan to pay off your debt, create a budget that will be sustainable and successful, talk through retirement options, and more. They are not advisors and therefore cannot give you regulated financial advice.
